Based on Grafton Street in Dublin, the recruitment agency is inviting visitors to explore its new website at www.kaizenRecruitment.com. The site has been designed to provide candidates and clients with a user-friendly and informative experience, featuring improved navigation, functionality and design throughout.

Among the site’s new features is the blog page, where visitors will be able to browse the latest industry news; read interviews with candidates, clients and Kaizen team members; get top tips on all things recruitment related.

Another new feature that the website has to offer is the Career Hub, which includes interview preparation, CV and cover letter tips, and information on living and working in Ireland. Visitors will also find information about Kaizen Recruitment’s new division, Kaizen Healthcare, which has its own page featuring all the latest roles in the nursing and pharmacy sectors.

Created with user experience in mind, Kaizen’s new site has been designed using the latest technology so is compatible with all browsers and mobile devices, allowing users to easily access the site whilst on the move.

Kaizen is working to raise its profile across social media, and it is hoped that the website’s relaunch will help attract a wider demographic.

Lauren Mulligan, one of Kaizen’s directors, commented, “We are extremely excited about the launch of our new website.

“The recruitment landscape has evolved considerably since we founded the company over a decade ago, so we wanted the new site to reflect these changes, as well as give users a deeper insight into the Kaizen ethos. We hope that visitors to the site will be able to learn more about the team, our cultural values and passion for the industry.”

Established in 2005, Kaizen Recruitment offers permanent, contract and temporary staffing solutions across all industry sectors in Ireland and internationally.
