Gaining new skills, knowledge and experience both formally and informally as you work, beyond any initial training, is vital for career progression. But many of you will probably agree that tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge and experience gained, can be time consuming and overwhelming. This sometimes means we don’t do anything about it, other than worry about how much extra work doing something about it would create. Sound familiar?
