When weekday mornings are frantic, eating breakfast at your desk doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice health and taste.

A nutritious breakfast can give you the energy you need to be productive at work, so here are four simple and satisfying options to help get your day off to a good start:

1. Overnight Oats

Nutritious breakfasts don’t get much easier than overnight oats. Just a few ingredients and a couple of minutes the night before is all it takes to wake up to this tasty and portable brekkie. 2. Breakfast Smoothies
